MANAGEMENT
Mike Zudic has been in the construction industry for over 15 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge from his experience working in varied roles within the public and private sectors. Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Mike began his career as a laborer for his family’s residential construction business, as well as a maintenance employee of an apartment management company. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and commissioned as an Air Force officer. During his six years as a civil engineer officer, he served as a Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR), SABER IDIQ Chief, Construction Section Chief and JSOTF Engineer.
Upon fulfilling his duties in service to the nation, Mike worked as a project manager for two of the largest ENR Top 400 general contractors in the Washington, DC Metro area. His experience includes managing corporate and government tenant office fit outs, SCIF construction, phased hospital renovations, senior living base building construction, industrial building fit outs, pre-engineered buildings, MEP/HVAC upgrades, new restaurants, civil site work, structural retrofits, overhead power/telecom utility relocations, historical renovations, Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection, life safety, and IT-related projects.
Mike and his wife have two beautiful children, one spunky dog, and enjoy spending as much family time together as possible.
